The Hornets are feeling rejuvenated and will go into this game with every expectation of winning. Despite having one of the worst records this season, Charles Lee's team has won three of their previous four games.

The Hornets had only won two of their last 23 games before to this run of success. Charlotte is currently on a two-game winning streak after defeating the Bulls 125-123 on the road. 

The Mavericks continued their lackluster performance while the Hornets saw an improvement in their play. Jason Kidd's team has lost eight of their last eleven games and has lost all five of their recent away games.  

However, they defeated the high-flying OKC Thunder 106-98 to end a three-match losing streak and restore their spirits.  

Due to his ongoing injury, Luka Doncic will not be traveling to Charlotte. Dallas has defeated their soon-to-be hosts in their last two meetings.

On Monday night, the Houston Rockets will meet the Detroit Pistons at the Toyota Center in the NBA. The Pistons (21-21) are in ninth place in the East Conference, while the Rockets (28-13) are in second place in the Western Conference. See our prediction for the match below. 

The Houston Rockets, who have been playing well lately, defeated the Trail Blazers 125-103 on the road on Sunday to win their sixth straight game.

Utah Jazz vs New Orleans Pelicans Preview, What to Watch

NBA action will take place at Smoothie King Center on Tuesday between the Utah Jazz (10-30) and the New Orleans Pelicans (11-32). The Jazz are ranked 15th in the Western Conference rankings, and the Pelicans are ranked 14th. This is our prediction for the match. 

The New Orleans Pelicans enter this game having defeated the Utah Jazz 13 points (136–123) at home on Saturday. 

Zion Williamson stole the show with 24 points, 14 rebounds, and 6 assists, but CJ McCollum led the team with 26 points.

Unrestrained in their optimism, the Pelicans have won three in a row and are 4-1 in their past five games following back-to-back losses to the Timberwolves and the Blazers. 


In addition to extending their losing streak to two games, the Utah Jazz fell to the basement of the Western Conference standings after their aforementioned loss to the Pelicans on Saturday.

With a mix of young players and seasoned players at their disposal, the Jazz have dropped 30 of their past 40 games this season and could have their worst season in almost ten years.


The team has a 2-5 record in their previous seven games and is now on a two-game losing streak away from home.
